ORDERING - Simple steps to ordering your beautiful wedding invitations

Ready to get started with your wedding invitations?

To get the ball rolling, you’ll need to have the following info ready to give us:

1. The quantity you require (remember you will only need one invitation per couple. It’s a good idea to allow 10 or so extra to allow for extra guests you may want to invite later, addressing errors, keepsakes for mums and grandmas etc)

2. Your choice of design

3. Which stationery items you need: i.e. invite only/invite + rsvp + thank you/invite + rsvp + placecards etc - the choice is yours! Please see our pricing page for costs.

4. Any extras you may want: favourites include lined envelopes and personalised mailing labels for envelopes

5. The date you would like to have your invitations in the post

Then, when you are ready:

Step 1: Place your order
Once you’ve chosen your favourite invitation from our collection, email us to place your order. Please let us know the above info in your email. We’ll get straight back to you with a quote/tax invoice, which will require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your booking and begin the process. (Please note: for urgent orders with a quick turnaround, full payment may be required upfront.)

Step 2: Design and customise
Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you via email to gather the additional information we need - your colour choices, font choices, wording, contact and shipping details etc. We'll then begin designing your stationery, incorporating your info into the design you've chosen.

Step 3: Proofing and approval
When the design has been customised for your wedding, we’ll send you a digital proof via email. You’ll review the proof, and either let us know of anything that needs changing, or email us your approval to go ahead. We won’t start printing until you are completely happy.

Step 4: On the way!
Once we’ve received your final approval, we'll set up the artwork for printing, making sure every 'i' is dotted and every 't' is crossed, then deliver it to the printers. While your order is being printed, we personally line every envelope by hand and tie every ribbon.

Once your order arrives at our studio, we wrap it up nice and securely, and ship it to you via express, trackable post.

Et voila! Within a few weeks your invitations will arrive at your door, and the only thing you need to do is get them in the post. Won’t that be a good feeling?!
