OUR STORY - How Ruby & Scarlett came to be

Ruby & Scarlett was first dreamt of by two sisters, on a balmy January night back in 2006 (a bottle of wine may or may not have been involved!). With friends of ours recently engaged, we found ourselves discussing wedding invitations and all things design and paper. A few hours later we had a name, some scribbled designs and an inkling of an idea: let’s create simple, stylish and beautiful wedding invitations - invitations that are so pretty, they’ll be kept long after the event itself.

Not for us are layers of paper, plastic hearts or anything involving a hot glue gun - at Ruby & Scarlett, the perfect invitation is all about gorgeous paper, heartfelt printing and simple yet stylish design. We think that simple is beautiful and quality will always be noticed.
